Greek Yogurt Green Goddess Dressing

This is the easiest, tastiest dip! And it’s a great way to use up all a bunch of fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove (optional, if low FODMAP exclude)

  • 2 cups organic greek yogurt

  • A handful each of fresh parsley, mint, basil, and chives

  • Juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon, as needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Roughly tear or chop your herbs

  2. Roughly chop your garlic, if using

  3. Add all ingredients listed to a blender, starting with juice of 1/2 lemon

  4. Blend and add more yogurt or lemon juice to get desired consistency

Enjoy as a dip for veggies, or on top of roasted carrots, chicken or fish
