Greek Yogurt Green Goddess Dressing

This is the easiest, tastiest dip! And it's a great way to use up a bunch of fresh herbs.

This dressing is naturally gluten-free and can easily be made low FODMAP by skipping the garlic — making it a great fit for anyone managing IBS or SIBO while still craving bold, fresh flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove (optional — omit if low FODMAP)
  • 2 cups organic Greek yogurt
  • A handful each of fresh parsley, mint, basil, and chives
  • Juice of ½–1 lemon, as needed for consistency

Instructions

    Roughly tear or chop your herbs.

    Roughly chop the garlic, if using.

    Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with juice of ½ lemon.

    Blend and add more yogurt or lemon juice to reach desired consistency.

Enjoy as a dip for veggies, or on top of roasted carrots, chicken, or fish.
