The Perfect Grilling Marinade
Cooking and eating outside is one of my favorite parts about summer. It can be so simple, easy and delicious. This is my favorite go to marinade that is delicious for chicken, fish, and veggies.
Protein or veggies of choice (zucchini, bell pepper, and carrots are hearty and great for grilling)
1/2 cup Tamari
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Juice of one lime
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Heavy pinch of salt
Let your protein or veg marinate for 1 hour to 24 hours then grill it up and enjoy!
