What began as a decade of searching for answers in all the wrong places became the foundation of everything I do. I saw doctor after doctor. I eliminated food after food. Nothing stuck. It wasn't until I took a whole-body, whole-person approach — combining nutrition, mindfulness, and a deep respect for how the body actually works — that I finally healed. I became a Nutritional Therapist because I couldn't not. Too many women are still where I was, and I know the way through.

My approach isn't just a protocol you follow. It's a conversation we have together — one that takes into account not just what you're eating, but how you grew up thinking about food, how stress lives in your body, and what feeling truly well would actually mean for your life. I bring my training in nutritional therapy, yoga, Ayurveda, herbalism, and mindfulness to every client — not because more modalities means better results, but because you are more than one thing, and your healing should reflect that. I will meet you exactly where you are. I will ask good questions. And I will stay with you until you feel like yourself again.
