Ingredients
- •1 cup gluten-free organic oats
- •½ cup oat flour
- •¼ cup almond flour
- •~2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (measure with your heart)
- •1½ tsp baking powder
- •Pinch of salt
- •2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- •¾ cup organic pumpkin purée
- •1 tsp vanilla extract
- •½ cup organic maple syrup
- •A handful of vegan dark chocolate chips (Hu Kitchen recommended)
- •A handful of walnuts or pecans
