I know the way through because I've walked it.
For close to a decade, I was the woman who had tried everything. Elimination diets, supplements, specialists, blood tests, stool tests, breath tests. I was bloated every single day. I was exhausted in a way that sleep could not fix. Food caused me so much stress and obsession.
The medical system told me my labs were normal. That I was fine. But I knew something was deeply off.
Through my own exploration, I began piecing together answers from functional nutrition, ancient seasonal wisdom, and nervous system work, and I finally found my way back to myself.
Now, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, I work with women helping them do what I did: heal their gut, balance their hormones, and come back home to themselves.
My approach is not about restriction or fear. It's about understanding what your body has been trying to tell you all along. It's about root causes, not band-aids. It's about creating a relationship with food and your body that feels sustainable, nourishing, and genuinely free.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me on my yoga mat, in my kitchen, or outside with my feet on the ground or in the water. I believe in slow mornings, eating with the seasons, and the idea that your body already knows how to heal. How we eat, how we rest, and how we talk to ourselves are all connected. Healing isn't a protocol. It's a practice.
