Lemon Blueberry Paleo Cobbler

Get yourself some fresh blueberries and make this ASAP! This one is super nostalgic for me my mom always makes delicious cobblers every summer. It brings me joy to make healthier versions of old favorites.

This cobbler is paleo, vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free — sweetened only with maple syrup and naturally thickened with arrowroot. A beautiful gut-friendly dessert for anyone avoiding gluten or dairy.
