With no added sugar or sweetener, this frozen bark is made with just 5 whole food ingredients — naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with fiber and protein from chia seeds and Greek-style vegan yogurt. A perfect gut-friendly summer treat.

Ingredients
- •1 pint strawberries, chopped (or more if you have them)
- •2 tbsp chia seeds
- •⅔ cup vegan Greek-style yogurt (Kite Hill recommended for extra protein)
- •Splash of vanilla
- •A handful of chocolate chips, melted, for drizzling
Instructions

Chop strawberries and mix with chia seeds, yogurt, and vanilla.

Pour into a silicone loaf mold or lined pan.

Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.

Freeze for at least 1.5 hours.

Pop out of the mold, slice, and serve.
